**Role Overview**:
The Personal Assistant (PA) provides administrative and organizational support to a specific individual or a team of executives, ensuring smooth operations and efficient utilization of time and resources.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Administrative Support**:

- Manage the executive's calendar, appointments, and meetings.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
- Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations.
- **Time and Task Management**:

- Prioritize tasks and deadlines, ensuring timely completion.
- Anticipate the executive's needs and proactively address them.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, conferences, and events.
- **Communication and Liaison**:

- Act as a liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
- Draft correspondence, memos, and other communications.
- Maintain professional relationships with clients, partners, and colleagues.
- **Information Management**:

- Organize and maintain files, records, and databases.
- Conduct research and gather information as needed.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
- **Logistical Support**:

- Arrange logistics for meetings, including room bookings, catering, and equipment setup.
- Assist with office management tasks, such as ordering supplies and managing petty cash.
- Handle personal errands and tasks as requested by the executive.
- **Miscellaneous Support**:

- Provide ad-hoc support and assistance on various projects and tasks.
- Adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Troubleshoot issues and find solutions to administrative challenges.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in administration, business, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role, preferably supporting senior executives.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Flexibility and adaptability to accommodate changing schedules and priorities.
- Professionalism and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus
