CRA Developers LLP is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Safety Officer to ensure a safe and healthy work environment across our real estate projects and operations. The Safety Officer will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring safety policies and procedures to prevent accidents, injuries, and occupational hazards. This role requires a strong understanding of safety regulations, excellent communication skills, and the ability to promote a safety-conscious culture within the organization.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive safety policies, procedures, and programs in compliance with relevant regulations and industry best practices.
- Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses, and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
- Prepare and maintain accurate safety records, reports, and statistics.
- Conduct safety training and awareness programs for employees and contractors.
- Ensure the availability and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Coordinate emergency response procedures and conduct regular drills.
- Liaise with regulatory authorities and other relevant stakeholders on safety matters.
- Provide advice and guidance to management and employees on safety-related issues.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of safety programs and recommend improvements.
- Stay updated on changes in safety regulations and industry standards.
- Participate in project planning to integrate safety considerations from the outset.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Thorough knowledge of relevant safety regulations and standards.

Pay: ₹30,000.19 - ₹45,000.46 per month
