**Job Title: Graphic Designer**

**Experience : 3 - 4 years**

**Location**:Gurgaon**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Design Creation**: Develop visually compelling and engaging designs for digital and print mediums, including social media graphics, websites, branding, brochures, and promotional materials.
- **Tool Proficiency**: Utilize **Photoshop**, **Illustrator**, **Corel Draw**, **Sketch**, **InDesign**, and **Figma** to create polished designs and mockups that adhere to design standards.
- **Brand Consistency**: Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all platforms and media.
- **Concept Development**: Generate creative design concepts for projects, presenting ideas clearly and iterating based on feedback.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content, and product development, to ensure that design solutions meet business and project goals.
- **Revisions & Feedback**: Implement changes based on feedback, managing multiple revisions and iterations while adhering to project deadlines.
- **File Preparation**: Prepare files for both print and digital distribution, ensuring the final output meets all specifications.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 3-4 years of professional design experience, with a strong portfolio showcasing proficiency in **Photoshop, Illustrator, Corel Draw, Sketch, InDesign**, and **Figma**.
- **Technical Skills**:

- **Adobe Photoshop**: Expertise in photo editing, manipulation, and digital art creation.
- **Adobe Illustrator**: Strong skills in vector-based designs, logos, and illustrations.
- **Corel Draw**: Experience with graphic design and layout using Corel’s suite of tools.
- **Sketch**: Proficient in UI/UX design for web and mobile apps.
- **InDesign**: Expertise in creating print and digital layouts, brochures, and multi-page documents.
- **Figma**: Strong knowledge of design prototyping, wireframing, and UI/UX design.
- **Portfolio**: A strong portfolio demonstrating your design skills and the range of projects you've worked on, with examples from both digital and print design.
- **Creativity & Attention to Detail**: A passion for design, with an eye for detail and the ability to think outside the box.
- **Communication**: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present and defend design ideas.
- **Time Management**: Ability to manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- **Adaptability**: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and responding to constructive feedback.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- **Experience with Animation or Motion Graphics**: Knowledge of After Effects or other animation software is a plus.
- **UI/UX Experience**: Experience in designing for web and mobile interfaces, with a strong understanding of user experience design.
- **Print Production**: Familiarity with the production process for print materials and the ability to prepare files for production.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
