- Working days - Monday to friday (Alternate saturdays are working)

**Responsibilities**:

- Handle tasks on ticketing platform, follow workflows.
- Work scheduled shifts and tasks.
- Maintain a professional and positive attitude with customers.
- Resolve issues by clarifying complaints and providing solutions.
- Know products/services to answer inquiries.
- Keep confidential records of interactions.
- Communicate with team as needed.
- Follow company policies and guidelines.
- Ensure customer satisfaction.

**Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree
- Excellent English communication (writing and speaking)
- Ability to work independently and in teams.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Able to work office shifts and travel if needed.
- Ability to sit/stand for long periods.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Night shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Shift allowance

Work Location: In person
