**Key Responsibilities:1. Financial Data Management & Reporting**:

- Collect, process, and analyze financial data from various sources to generate MIS reports.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial statements, including P&L, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
- Develop dashboards to track key financial metrics and business performance.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records and reports.

**2. Excel-Based Data Analysis & Automation**:

- Use advanced Excel functions (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Index-Match, Macros, Power Query) to streamline data analysis.
- Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual errors.
- Create interactive financial models and forecasts using Excel and other BI tools.

**3. Budgeting, Forecasting & Variance Analysis**:

- Assist in preparing budgets, financial projections, and variance analysis reports.
- Identify financial trends and provide insights to management for better decision-making.
- Support cost control initiatives by analyzing expense patterns and recommending optimization strategies.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, MIS reporting, or accounts-related roles.
- Advanced proficiency in **Microsoft Excel** (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros, Power Query).
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial statements, and reconciliation processes.
- Ability to work with large datasets and derive meaningful insights.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Certification in Advanced Excel, Data Analytics, or Business Intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau).
- Experience with automation tools like **Power Automate or SQL**.
- Exposure to financial modeling and cost analysis.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
