**POST**: Examinations Assistant

**WORK LOCATION**: Patna, Bhagalpur, Bokaro.

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Administration of exam preparation and arrangements
- Planning schedule & syllabus of examinations for the entire current academic session
- Administration of Amanuensis provisions for students during examination periods
- Coordinate with faculty for making the question paper and its solutions beforehand
- Coordinate with the computer operators for typing of question papers in well advance
- Ensure efficient conduction of examinations irrespective of the medium (Offline / Online)
- Coordinate with the Result department for timely display of results
- Resolve any issues risen in the concerned department for smooth functioning

**QUALIFICATION**: Minimum qualification required is Graduation (B-Tech degree will be more preferred).

**DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE**:

- Young, Energetic and Fast Learner.
- Excellent communication & convincing skills.
- Minimum experience of a year of handling ground level operational work.
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft office suite, V-lookup, etc is mandatory.
- Superb organizational skills.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills.
