**Responsibilities**:

- Translate design mock ups and wire-frames into responsive and cross-browser compatible HTML/CSS code.
- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
- Collaborate with designers and developers to bridge the gap between graphical design and technical implementation.
- Optimize web pages for maximum speed and scalability.
- Stay updated on emerging web development trends and best practices.

**Requirements**:

- Design and develop websites using the Elementor page builder plugin.
- Proven experience as an HTML Developer or Front-end Developer.
- Strong proficiency in HTML5 and CSS3.
- Familiarity with responsive design principles and mobile-first development.
- Understanding of browser compatibility and performance optimization.
- Basic understanding of JavaScript and its interaction with HTML and CSS.
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) is a plus.
- Attention to detail and ability to translate design concepts into pixel-perfect web pages.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
- A portfolio showcasing previous HTML development projects is highly desirable.

**Nice-to-Have**:

- Knowledge of CSS processors (e.g., Sass, Less) and CSS frameworks (e.g., Bootstrap).
- Familiarity with UX/UI design principles.
- Basic understanding of SEO principles.
- Experience with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress) is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹216,000.00 - ₹264,000.00 per year
