**Job Description - IT Support**

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain and administer computer systems and networks, including servers, cloud-based infrastructure, and biometric systems
- Manage cloud services, including deployment, scaling, and monitoring
- Monitor performance and troubleshoot Azure cloud-based systems, including Virtual Machines, storage, and networking
- Configure and manage biometric systems, including fingerprint scanners and facial recognition technology
- Implement and maintain security protocols to protect the organization's information and assets
- Perform regular backups and disaster recovery procedures
- Respond to and resolve technical support requests from staff
- Research and recommend new technologies to improve the organization's infrastructure
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure smooth operation of the organization's systems

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in system administration, with a focus on Azure cloud and biometric systems
- Strong understanding of cloud computing technologies and architecture
- Experience with biometric system administration, including fingerprint scanners and facial recognition technology
- Strong understanding of networking and security concepts
- Strong knowledge of network protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP
- Proficient with configuring Windows Servers and MS SQL.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with other teams
- Knowledge of Active Directory
- Exposure in SharePoint and Office 365 tools is a plus.
- Azure certification is a plus
- Exposure in Linux operating systems is a plus
