**Position**: SEO Intern/SEO Fresher

**Employment Type**: Full-Time, Internship
**Internship Stipend**: 5000 (Min 6 Months to 8 Months)
**Salary**: 10,000 (for full-time)
**Reporting to**: Team Lead/SEO Manager

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the implementation of SEO strategies for company websites and client projects.
- Conduct keyword research using various SEO tools to identify high-value keywords.
- Optimize website content, metadata, and on-page elements for search engines.
- Perform competitor analysis to identify opportunities for ranking improvements.
- Support in the development of link-building strategies and outreach activities.
- Monitor website performance metrics (traffic, rankings, etc.) using tools like Google Analytics and Search Console.
- Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.
- Work closely with the content and development teams to implement SEO recommendations.
- Assist in technical SEO audits to identify website issues affecting performance.
- Support in creating monthly SEO performance reports for clients.

**Requirements**:

- **Certification in Digital Marketing** from a recognized institute.
- Basic knowledge of SEO principles and practices (on-page, off-page, technical SEO).
- Familiarity with SEO tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.
- Understanding of HTML/CSS and how websites function.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and work independently as well as in a team.
- Attention to detail and good organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Any experience or project work in SEO (even if as part of a course or certification).
- Familiarity with WordPress or other CMS platforms.
- Knowledge of social media and content marketing is a plus.
- Basic understanding of paid marketing strategies like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.
