Landscape Architect

We are seeking a creative and passionate Landscape Architect to work directly with Mr. Pradip, renowned landscape architect and founder of Orchidtree Wellness Retreat and Garden World. The position offers an opportunity to work on industry projects, including high-residence farm housing and wellness-focused landscapes, with a strong emphasis on sustainable, eco-friendly solutions.
- Educational Background: Graduate from School of Planning and Architecture (SPA), Delhi (preferred).
- Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 years in landscape design and execution.

Job Location:
Orchidtree Wellness Retreat, Hoskote Dandupalya

The role is office-based, with work conducted from our boutique office at the retreat.

Working Hours:

- 6 days a week (Monday to Saturday)
- 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

- Industry Projects: Work on high-residence farm housing, wellness-focused landscapes, and boutique garden projects.
- Client Interaction: Make site visits, understand client requirements, and present design solutions.
- Problem-Solving Concepts: Develop unique landscape concepts that address environmental challenges and improve eco-sustainability.
- Presentations: Create detailed design presentations for clients, including drawings, sketches, and reports.
- Site Coordination: Work closely with clients and vendors to ensure design execution aligns with the vision.

Skills Required:

- Strong conceptual design skills.
- Ability to understand client needs and translate them into creative solutions.
- Proficiency in presentations using tools like PowerPoint, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Photoshop.
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on eco-friendly and sustainable solutions.
- Excellent communication skills for client interactions.
