A front office assistant's responsibilities include:

- **Greeting visitors**: Welcoming visitors and clients, and providing information about the business
- **Handling administrative tasks**: Managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and updating filing systems
- **Providing customer service**: Answering questions, addressing complaints, and taking orders
- **Managing communications**: Answering and directing phone calls, and forwarding messages
- **Handling mail**: Opening, sorting, and routing incoming mail, and preparing outgoing mail
- **Operating office equipment**: Using photocopiers, scanners, and other office machines
- **Maintaining records**: Compiling, copying, and filing records of business transactions and office activities
- **Ensuring a positive impression**: Creating a positive first impression for visitors and ensuring smooth communication

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
