Hiring Teachers

A school teacher has many responsibilities, including:

- Lesson planning: Teachers write lesson plans to help students learn.
- Classroom management: Teachers manage classroom behavior and enforce school rules.
- Student assessment: Teachers regularly assess student progress and provide feedback to students and parents.
- Communication: Teachers communicate with students, parents, colleagues, and school staff.
- Curriculum development: Teachers create and manage the school curriculum.
- Parent-teacher meetings: Teachers arrange and oversee parent-teacher meetings to discuss a student's progress.
- After-school tutoring: Teachers may offer after-school tutoring to help students stay on track.
- Teaching about school policies: Teachers teach students about school policies regarding attendance, behavior, and respect.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
