Store Inventory and Dispatch

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain inventory records and ensure accurate stock management.
- Receive, inspect, and properly store incoming materials.
- Prepare and pack orders for dispatch based on delivery schedules.
- Update stock registers and MRP/software (if applicable).
- Monitor minimum stock levels and report shortages in advance.
- Arrange and coordinate transportation and logistics for timely deliveries.
- Handle material movement, loading/unloading, and stacking safely.
- Conduct local purchases of required materials based on immediate needs.
- Maintain records of inward and outward materials.
- Ensure proper labeling, handling, and storage of inventory items.

Follow safety and quality standards in material handling. Skills & Requirements:

- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / ITI (Any Trade).
- Experience in inventory management, storekeeping, or logistics is an advantage.
- Ability to lift, move, and handle materials safely.
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, MRP, or inventory software is a plus).
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage dispatch efficiently.
- Two-wheeler preferred for handling local purchases and urgent deliveries.
