Job Title: SEO

Department: Marketing
- Leadership & Management:Lead, mentor, and manage a team of SEO specialists to achieve company objectives.
- Coordinate with other departments, ensuring SEO best practices are implemented across all digital channels.
- SEO Strategy & Implementation:Develop and implement successful SEO strategies.
- Conduct keyword research using advanced tools to identify new opportunities.
- Monitor daily performance metrics to understand organic search performance.
- Technical SEO:Conduct technical audits and implement fixes.
- Stay updated with the latest algorithm changes and industry trends.
- On-Page & Off-Page SEO:Optimize website content, landing pages, and paid search copy.
- Manage link-building strategies and develop content for both on-site and off-site use.
- SEO Analysis & Reporting:Use analytical tools such as Google Analytics to gauge the success of SEO strategies.
- Conduct SEO audits and provide recommendations for improvements.
- Paid Advertising & Social Media:Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns.
- Oversee social media strategies, especially on LinkedIn, to amplify the company's presence and generate leads.
- Proficiently use LinkedIn Sales Navigator for prospecting and building relationships.
- Data Mining & Analysis:Extract and analyze data to derive meaningful insights for strategy refinement.
- Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking, and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or related field.
- Minimum of [X years] experience in leading SEO initiatives and a team.
- Proficient in tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEO tools like Moz, SEMrush, or Ahrefs.
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Ability to analyze data and provide evidence-based recommendations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
