**Responsibilities**:

- Teach Biology to senior secondary students (Grades 11 & 12) following the prescribed curriculum.
- Deliver engaging and interactive lessons in Genetics or Biotechnology.
- Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and assessments to ensure effective learning.
- Conduct laboratory experiments and practical sessions to enhance student understanding.
- Evaluate student progress through tests, assignments, and projects.
- Guide and mentor students in academic and career-related matters.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes critical thinking.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in Biology and incorporate them into teaching.
- Collaborate with colleagues, participate in departmental meetings, and contribute to school activities.
- Maintain accurate records of student performance and attendance.
- Encourage participation in science fairs, Olympiads, and other extracurricular activities.

- Ability to use modern teaching methodologies, including digital tools and smart boards.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
- Organizational and time-management skills.
- Adaptability and willingness to engage in school activities beyond classroom teaching.

**Preferred Experience**:

- Prior teaching experience as a PGT Biology in a reputed school.
- Familiarity with CBSE/ICSE/IGCSE curricula (if applicable).

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
