**Job Purpose**:
To oversee and ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and orderliness in all areas of the premises, including Prayer Towers, campuses, and guest accommodations. The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for leading the housekeeping team and ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment that aligns with the values and standards of Jesus Calls.

**Key Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Supervise day-to-day housekeeping operations in all areas including prayer halls, offices, toilets, guest rooms, and common spaces.
- Assign tasks and supervise housekeeping staff to ensure cleaning standards are met.
- Conduct regular inspections and ensure timely cleaning, maintenance, and replenishment of supplies.
- Prepare duty rosters and manage staff attendance and leave schedules.
- Ensure proper usage and storage of housekeeping materials and cleaning equipment.
- Report any repairs or maintenance needs to the Admin / Maintenance team.
- Train new housekeeping staff in cleanliness, hygiene standards, and organization-specific protocols.
- Maintain stock of cleaning supplies and coordinate procurement in advance.
- Ensure safety and hygiene standards are followed as per protocol.
- Monitor the performance of housekeeping staff and address disciplinary issues as needed.
- Ensure guest rooms and prayer halls are always clean and prepared for visitors or events.
- Coordinate with event or facility teams during large gatherings or special programs.
- Uphold and demonstrate values of humility, service, and care in line with the mission of Jesus Calls.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month
