**Key Responsibilities**:
**Clinical Expertise**:

- Provide high-quality dental care and treatment to patients.
- Proficient in performing a wide range of general dentistry procedures, including but not limited to:

- Examinations and diagnoses
- Cleanings and preventive care
- Restorative procedures (fillings)
- Extractions
- Root canals
- Crown and bridge work

**Clinic Head Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the dental clinic.
- Manage and lead a team of dental professionals, including dental assistants, hygienists, and administrative staff.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance clinic efficiency and patient care.

**Patient Care**:

- Build and maintain strong patient relationships through excellent communication and empathy.
- Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
- Ensure a patient-centric approach in the delivery of dental services.

**Treatment Planning**:

- Develop comprehensive treatment plans based on patient needs and clinical findings.
- Collaborate with specialists when necessary and coordinate patient referrals.

**Quality Assurance**:

- Implement and uphold high standards of clinical care and infection control.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

**Team Development**:

- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Provide continuous education, guidance, and mentorship to junior dental staff.
- Encourage professional development through ongoing training.

**Administrative Duties**:

- Manage clinic schedules, appointments, and patient records.
- Collaborate with the administrative team to ensure smooth front-office operations.
- Implement efficient record-keeping systems and use technology for streamlined administrative processes.

**Continuous Improvement**:

- Stay updated on the latest advancements in dentistry and technology.
- Implement continuous practitioner education to enhance clinical skills.
- Incorporate evidence-based practices for optimal patient outcomes.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Dentistry; Master's degree (MDS) is a plus.
- Valid dental license in the state.
- Proven experience as a General Dentist with at least 15 to 20 years of practice.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Commitment to continuous improvement and staying updated on industry trends.

**Salary**: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
