**Position Title**: Graphic Designer

**Department**:Creative

**Location**: Mohali

**Job Type**:Full-Time/Contractual

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conceptualize and design creative visuals for print and digital platforms, including but not limited to brochures, posters, flyers, advertisements, and social media content.
- Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging across all designs.
- Utilize AI tools and technology to optimize design workflows and generate creative ideas.
- Prepare print-ready files and liaise with print vendors to ensure high-quality output.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, AI advancements, and print technologies.
- Work closely with other departments to meet project deadlines and ensure the designs align with business goals.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:
**Creative Skills**:

- Exceptional creativity with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of print and digital media projects.
- Software Proficiency: Proficient in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and experience working with AI-driven design software (e.g., DALL-E, MidJourney, RunwayML, etc.).
- Print Media Expertise: Hands-on experience in print media design, with a good understanding of pre-press and printing processes.

**AI Enthusiast**:

- Demonstrated interest in AI tools and how they can be integrated into the creative design process.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
- Ability to handle constructive feedback and iterate on designs quickly.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field is preferred.
- years of experience in graphic design with a focus on print and AI-driven design tools.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Knowledge of motion graphics, video editing, or 3D design is a plus.
- Experience with packaging design, branding, or UI/UX design.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS for web design is an added advantage.
