**Job summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Oversee the implementation and management of T24 Regulatory and Compliance R20 processes.
- Ensure adherence to statutory compliance and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and maintain compliance management systems to support corporate goals.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with internal and external standards.
- Provide guidance and support to team members on compliance-related matters.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with corporate objectives.
- Monitor and report on compliance metrics and performance indicators.
- Identify and mitigate compliance risks through proactive measures.
- Develop and deliver training programs on compliance topics for staff.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory changes and industry best practices.
- Support the development and implementation of compliance policies and procedures.
- Assist in the preparation of compliance reports for senior management and regulatory bodies.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of compliance processes and systems.

**Qualifications**
- Possess a strong understanding of T24 Regulatory and Compliance R20 processes.
- Demonstrate expertise in statutory compliance and regulatory requirements.
- Exhibit proficiency in compliance management systems and practices.
- Show excellent communication skills in English Hindi and Tamil.
- Have a proven track record of conducting compliance audits and assessments.
- Display the ability to develop and deliver effective compliance training programs.
- Maintain a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating compliance risks.
- Showcase strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Exhibit strong organizational and time management skills.
- Possess a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
- Show commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
- Have a strong understanding of corporate finance principles and practices.
