job Description:
You work as a Team Leader

1. Recruiting a team of financial advisors on commission basis

2. Provide them for training regarding the products.

3. Identifying the prospective customers.

4. Make them aware of the role.

5. Handling the advisers to work.

6. Motivating them to generate the business.

*In short,*

You have to build your own team by your marketing network (Agent/Advisors/Sales person who have good knowledge of networks in market) and develop business from them

Example: Doctor, CA, Lawyer, Small Shop owner, Retired Govt. Person, Educated Housewife, Relatives, Students, Who are Looki*g for Part Time Income
- ROLE OF Agent/Advisor: They will bring customers for you and after that you have to deal with that customer and sale the companies product.

*Note: Incentives Structure are high in Agency Channel, Compare to Direct and Banca Channel*

Note: Field Work will be there (For Example Your Team is not coming at branch then N then only you have to visit at there place that type of Field work is there)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,636.67 per month
