**Job Overview**

We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Quality Control Incharge.

**Duties**
- 1. Responsibility of Quality Control department in the absence QC Manager/ Head.
2.Prepare SOP, Protocols, Specification, qualification, validation & calibration, documents as per cGMP & regulatory norms
3.To prepare and review Documents related to testing of raw materials, semi finish products, packing materials and finished products.
4.To Check reports, analysis of raw materials, semi finish products, packing materials and finished products.
5.Sampling as per specification of raw, packing, Material ,water sample finished products’
6.Entry of all inventory material
7. Implementation of Safety & environmental policy
8.Implementation of management & HR policy.
9.Implementation of quality policies as per cGMP.
10.Product Stability & other quality & process development study.
11.To initiate actions to resolve nonconformance’s.
12.To Check formulations and packaging materials to meet the regulatory requirements.
13.Training of staff working in QC area
14.Nil breakage of Glass ware’s
15. No beak downs of instruments and equipments due to human handling.
16. Daily duties as per schedule
17. Daily workmen status.
18. Equipments & area preventive maintenance.
19. Monitoring of daily consumables as per pre decided target.
20. Outside testing & related documents.
21. Calibration and validation of Instruments.
22. Day to day administration & supervision of activities.
23. Daily report to Superior person

**Experience-8 to 10 Years**

**Location-** Bhagwanpur, Bihar.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
