Job Description:
Role: UI Designer

**Responsibilities**:
Collaborate with the UX team to understand user requirements and translate them into design concepts.

Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform design decisions.

Develop wireframes, prototypes, and mock-ups to illustrate design ideas and concepts.

Design and implement consistent visual elements, such as icons, color schemes, and typography, to ensure a cohesive user experience.

Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs and provide necessary assets and specifications.

Conduct usability testing and iterate on designs based on user feedback and data analysis.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UI design and user experience.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and refine design standards and guidelines.

Contribute to the creation and maintenance of design systems and component libraries.

**Requirements**:
Proven experience as a UI designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing previous design work.

Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar software.

Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.

Strong visual design skills, including an eye for color, typography, and layout.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams.

Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality designs.

Knowledge of accessibility standards and considerations in UI design is a plus.

Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field is preferred, but not mandatory.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
