**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct telephonic sessions with clients, ensuring a safe and confidential environment.
- Assess clients needs and develop personalized treatment plans based on their specific circumstances.
- Provide emotional support, coping strategies, and resources to clients dealing with various mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, stress, and trauma.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations and confidentiality standards.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and support staff to ensure holistic care for clients.
- Stay informed about the latest developments in mental health care and telehealth practices.
- Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance counseling skills and knowledge.
- Engage in outreach and education efforts to promote mental health awareness within the community.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Morning shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Overtime pay
- Performance bonus

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:
