Audit Associates

Location
- Zafar marg, Delhi

JD:

- Assist in planning audit engagements, including understanding the client's business, identifying risks, and developing audit plans.
- Perform audit procedures in accordance with the established audit program and guidelines.
- Gather and evaluate audit evidence and document findings in a clear and concise manner.
- Review and analyze financial statements and supporting documentation to ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Identify discrepancies and provide recommendations for corrective actions.
- Maintain effective communication with clients to understand their financial reporting processes and address any issues or concerns.
- Provide exceptional client service by delivering timely and accurate audit reports and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Work collaboratively with audit team members, sharing knowledge and contributing to the overall success of the audit engagement.
- Assist in training and mentoring junior staff members as needed.
- Ensure that all audit work papers and documentation meet the firm's quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Stay updated with changes in accounting and auditing standards, regulations, and industry trends.

Preferred skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Professional certification of CA
- 1-3 years of experience in statutory auditing or a related field.

Pay: ₹750,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
