**Search Engine Marketing (SEM) Executive at **Medkart Pharmacy
We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Search Engine Marketing (SEM) Executive to join our team. As an SEM Executive with 2 years of experience, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our search engine marketing campaigns to drive traffic, increase conversions, and achieve our business objectives. This position requires a deep understanding of paid search advertising, strong analytical skills, and a proven track record of successful SEM campaigns.
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement comprehensive search engine marketing strategies to drive targeted traffic and maximize return on investment (ROI).
- Conduct extensive keyword research and analysis to identify valuable keywords and optimize campaigns accordingly.
- Create and manage paid search campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other relevant ad networks.
- Write compelling ad copy and optimize ad campaigns to improve click-through rates (CTRs), conversion rates, and overall campaign performance.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, including click-through rates, cost per click (CPC), conversion rates, and return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Provide regular reports and insights to track and measure campaign performance, identify trends, and recommend optimization strategies.
- Conduct A/B testing and implement optimization techniques to improve campaign performance and meet key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Stay up to date with industry trends, search engine algorithm updates, and emerging technologies in the field of search engine marketing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and development, to align SEM campaigns with overall marketing strategies and objectives.
- Ensure landing pages and website content are optimized for search engine marketing efforts, working closely with the web development team.
- Manage and allocate budgets effectively to optimize campaign spend and maximize results.
- Stay informed about changes in search engine advertising policies, regulations, and compliance requirements.
**Requirements**:
- A Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in search engine marketing, managing and optimizing paid search campaigns.
- Proven track record of successfully managing SEM campaigns and achieving measurable results.
- In-depth knowledge of search engine marketing principles, best practices, and industry trends.
- Proficiency in using ad platforms, such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Google Analytics.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Certifications in Google Ads or other relevant SEM platforms are highly desirable.
