**Key Responsibilities**:

- Use modern teaching methodologies, including online learning tools.
- **Research & Development**:

- Conduct research in relevant areas of Computer Science and Applications.
- Publish research papers in reputed journals and conferences.
- **Student Mentorship & Guidance**:

- Advise students on academic and career opportunities.
- Provide mentorship for technical competitions, hackathons, and coding challenges.
- **Administrative & Institutional Responsibilities**:

- Assist in syllabus design and curriculum development.
- Participate in faculty meetings, academic planning, and assessment activities.
- Engage in accreditation and quality assurance processes.
- **Other Activities**:

- Organize seminars, workshops, and guest lectures.
- Stay updated with industry trends and technological advancements.
- Collaborate with industry professionals for guest lectures and training programs.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- **Educational Qualification**: Master’s degree (MCA/MSc in Computer Science/IT) or PhD in a relevant field (as per UGC/AICTE norms).
- **Experience**: Prior teaching experience in a recognized institution is preferred. Freshers with strong academic records may also apply.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in programming languages (C, Java, Python, etc.), web technologies, database management, and emerging IT fields like AI, ML, or Cybersecurity.
- **Soft Skills**: Strong communication, analytical, and leadership skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
