**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Build and maintain long-term, trusting relationships with school management to drive organic growth and foster collaboration.
- Document and update daily activities in the CRM system, ensuring accurate tracking of interactions and progress.
- Set and meet weekly and monthly performance goals, leveraging data to optimize strategies and enhance results.
- Conduct visits to schools and potential clients to showcase offerings, strengthen relationships, and gather feedback for continuous improvement.

**Skills Required**:

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Develop and maintain strategic long-term trusting relationships with the school management & accomplish organic growth.
- Comfortable with B2B Sales.

**Qualification-**Any Graduation

**Salary-**20k
- 30k per month (In Hand) + **Good Incentives**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
