Primary job function will be to be the point of contact for employees of clients helping them with questions relating to US payroll, taxes, benefits and leave management.
- Work on providing end to end resolution for the queries asked as first all resolution.
- Hands on with client employee escalation management. The representative will deal with complex payroll/leaves and benefits escalations.
- Identify gaps in processes; partner with SMEs to improve and implement new processes
- Recognize individual customer service needs and resolve their enquiry
- Ability to handle complaints and escalate where appropriate
- Abide by schedules and punctual with adherence to set schedules.
- Needs to comply with process related quality and CSAT norms.

- Freshers or experienced, display good customer service skills.
- Experience in handle Inbound/Outbound calls from international customers
- Excellent interpersonal skills required
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills
- Client service experience is highly desirable
- Excellent organizational skills and team player
