**Job Title: Article Assistant/Trainee for CA Articleship Program**

**Location**:Whitefield, Bengaluru

**Duration**: 3 years (as per CA regulations)

**About Us**: We are a reputable Chartered Accountancy firm committed to providing high-quality professional services to our clients. As an Article Assistant, you will have the opportunity to gain practical experience and work closely with experienced CAs.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Financial Statement Finalization**:

- Assist in preparing financial statements, including balance sheets, profit and loss accounts, and cash flow statements.
- Draft explanatory notes and disclosures as required.
- **Audit and Assurance**:

- Participate in statutory audits, internal audits, and tax audits.
- Compile audit files, perform vouching, and test journal entries.
- Assist in drafting audit reports and ensuring compliance with CARO (Companies (Auditor’s Report) Order).
- **Taxation**:

- Work on income tax return filings (ITR) for individuals, companies, and other entities.
- Assist in GST return filings and liaise with tax departments.
- **Corporate Compliance**:

- Handle ROC compliances, including filing annual returns and maintaining company registers.
- Assist in due diligence assignments (if available).
- **Professional Development**:

- Collaborate with senior professionals and build valuable contacts within the industry.

**Requirements**:

- Registered for CA Articleship.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
