**Requirements**:

- Education and Experience:

- **Completed articles under CA or Inter CA** **Preferred**:

- **3 to 5 years of relevant experience.**:

- Accounting Proficiency:

- Ability to prepare and maintain accounts using Tally ERP software system.
- Audit Expertise:

- Exposure in statutory audits of companies, banks, non-banking financial companies (NBFCs), and stock brokers.
- Preferred experience in the statutory audit of listed companies and quarterly limited review.
- Taxation Knowledge:

- Proficient in both direct and indirect taxation.
- Experience in the preparation and filing of tax returns, including GST.
- Familiarity with tax audit and transfer pricing audit.
- Independence and Initiative:

- Capable of working independently with mínimal guidance.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to take initiative.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conducting Statutory Audits:

- Participate in the statutory audits of companies, banks, NBFCs, stock brokers, and partnership firms.
- Financial Accounting:

- Utilize Tally ERP software to prepare and maintain accurate and up-to-date accounts.
- Taxation:

- Handle direct and indirect tax matters, including the preparation and filing of tax returns.
- Conduct GST compliance and assist in tax audit and transfer pricing audit.
- Client Engagement:

- Interact with clients to understand their needs and provide effective solutions.
- Team Collaboration:

- Collaborate with the audit team and provide necessary support for smooth operations.
