**Essential Requirements**:

- Experience in early childhood education, with at least one year of teaching experience for children under six years of age.
- Must possess, maintain, and renew Basic First Aid certified training within 90 days of hire.
- Creativity, initiative, flexibility, and strong communication skills are essential.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact and communicate effectively with parents, children, staff, church members, and state personnel.
- Physical stamina and flexibility to participate in children's activities, including walking, sitting, standing, bending, crouching, kneeling, pushing, pulling, running, stretching, reaching, climbing, and lifting/carrying up to 25 kg.
- Ability to accompany children up and down stairs to supervise activities such as outdoor play and fire drills.
- Comfortable with computers and Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and the ability to learn our Child Care Management software.
