**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and maintain comprehensive financial records, including ledger entries and financial statements.
- Prepare and oversee payroll activities to ensure timely and accurate salary payments.
- Handle PF and TDS payments and ensure compliance with government regulations.
- Prepare and file Income Tax Returns (ITR) for the company and employees.
- Collaborate with other departments for accurate financial reporting.
- Conduct periodic audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with policies and regulations.
- Assist in budget preparation, financial reports, and forecasts.
- Maintain confidentiality of financial information.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field; Master’s preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Strong knowledge of payroll management, PF, TDS, and ITR filing.
- Experience working with a CA firm is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient in MS Office and accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho Books).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Adaptability to changing technologies and accounting practices.
- Experience in a small or medium-sized business is advantageous.

- **Working Days**: Monday to Saturday
- **Timing**: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

**Job Details**:

- **Qualifications**: Bachelor’s & Master’s degree in Commerce.
- **Gender**: Female only.
- **Experience**: 2-4 years of experience in an administrative role, reporting directly to upper management.
- **Software Experience**: Experience in Zoho software.
- **Responsibilities**:

- Ability to manage multiple accounts while seeking new opportunities.
- Understand client needs and negotiate costs and services.
- Compile, analyze, and report financial data.
- Create periodic reports such as balance sheets, profit & loss statements, etc.
- Maintain accurate financial records.
- Perform audits and resolve discrepancies, compute taxes.
- Experience with Tally, invoicing, GST, and ITR.
- Knowledge of TDS filing and challan payment.
