**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a passionate **Kindergarten Teacher** who will also serve as the **Foundational Stage Coordinator** for our CBSE-affiliated school. This is a leadership role aligned with the **NEP 2020 and NCF** frameworks, responsible for managing teaching and learning across **Pre-KG to Grade 2** while also handling a Kindergarten classroom.

**Key Responsibilities:As Kindergarten Teacher**:

- Deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons using play-based learning.
- Promote physical, emotional, social, and cognitive development.
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and joyful classroom environment.
- Assess and track student progress through observation and documentation.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding student development.

**As Foundational Stage Coordinator**:

- Oversee academic planning and implementation for Pre-KG to Grade 2.
- Train, mentor, and supervise foundational stage teachers.
- Align teaching practices with CBSE, NEP 2020, and foundational literacy/numeracy goals.
- Conduct classroom observations and provide feedback.
- Coordinate parent engagement programs, theme days, and assessments.
- Ensure documentation and reports are prepared for inspections and audits.
- **Qualifications**:

- B.Ed. with specialization in Early Childhood Education
- OR NTT / Montessori / ECCE diploma
- Postgraduate in Education (preferred but not mandatory)
- **Experience**:

- Minimum 5 years of teaching in Kindergarten/Foundation Stage
- At least 2 years in an academic leadership/coordinator role
- **Skills**:

- Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities
- Excellent communication and team coordination
- Familiarity with play-based and experiential pedagogies
- Proficiency in digital tools used in modern classrooms
