**Responsibilities**:

- Serve as the operational point of contact for HubSpot-related tasks across departments.
- Ensure smooth execution and tracking of marketing and sales deliverables.
- Maintain alignment between teams by facilitating communication and syncing progress updates.
- Use HubSpot for campaign setup, contact management, reporting, automation workflows, and performance tracking.
- Prepare and maintain reports using **Excel** to support business insights and operational planning.
- Proactively identify gaps, delays, or misalignments and take initiative to resolve them.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate execution of tasks.

**Qualifications**
- 1+ years of experience working with **HubSpot** in an operational, marketing, or sales support capacity.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to work effectively across teams.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and highly organized.
- Proficiency in **Excel** (formulas, data analysis, reporting).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines independently.
- Strong attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.
