**Job Purpose**:
The Zonal Coordinator will oversee and manage commodity warehousing operations across a designated zone in Bihar. This includes warehouse management, inventory handling, compliance with statutory and company policies, client coordination, and ensuring operational efficiency in line with NCML’s standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Operations Management**:

- Supervise day-to-day warehousing operations across multiple locations in the zone.
- Ensure proper storage, handling, and preservation of commodities.
- Monitor warehouse hygiene, pest control, and fire safety protocols.
- **Inventory & Documentation**:

- Maintain accurate inventory records using the NCML ERP/WMS system.
- Conduct periodic physical verification and reconciliation of stocks.
- Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping for inward and outward movement of goods.
- **Client & Stakeholder Coordination**:

- Serve as the primary liaison between NCML and clients, farmers, traders, and financial institutions.
- Address client queries and provide timely resolution of operational issues.
- **Compliance & Audit**:

- Ensure compliance with SOPs, FSSAI, WDRA, and other regulatory bodies.
- Support internal and external audits; implement corrective actions based on audit findings.
- **Team Management**:

- Guide and monitor warehouse in-charges, support staff, and security personnel.
- Facilitate training and development for ground teams.
- **Business Support**:

- Assist the business development team in client onboarding and service execution.
- Provide operational data and MIS reports for management decision-making.

**Key Skills & Competencies**:

- Strong knowledge of agri commodities and warehousing practices
- Familiarity with ERP/WMS systems
- Team leadership and multi-location coordination
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
- Problem-solving and decision-making ability
- Understanding of regulatory and compliance norms (FSSAI, WDRA, etc.)

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Graduate/Postgraduate in Agriculture, Supply Chain Management, or related fields
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in agri-commodity warehousing/logistics
- Prior experience in a zonal or multi-location operations role preferred
- Fluency in Hindi and English; knowledge of local dialects is a plus

**Remuneration**:
As per industry standards and experience.

Pay: ₹12,378.83 - ₹35,620.60 per month
