**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Design and animate 3D graphics** and motion elements, including characters, environments, and objects, for various media formats (e.g., video, web, social media, advertisements, presentations).
- **Create realistic 3D models, textures, and animations** from concept to final render, ensuring visual consistency and high-quality outputs.
- **Integrate 3D motion graphics** with video or live-action footage to create seamless, dynamic visuals.
- **Collaborate with creative directors and other team members** to align visual style and motion with the overall project vision and client needs.
- **Prepare and optimize 3D assets** for different platforms (e.g., web, TV, social media, AR/VR).
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, software, and techniques in 3D design, motion graphics, and animation.
- Revise and refine animations based on feedback, ensuring final deliverables meet both aesthetic and functional expectations.
- Ensure all work adheres to the project’s **brand guidelines, deadlines, and technical specifications**.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Proficiency in 3D design software** such as Blender, 3ds Max, Cinema 4D, or Maya, with a strong emphasis on motion graphics and animation.
- **Experience with animation and motion graphics** (including character animation, visual effects, and kinetic typography) using tools like **After Effects, Houdini, or similar**.
- Strong understanding of **lighting, shading, rendering**, and **compositing** techniques in both 3D and 2D environments.
- Ability to integrate **3D models and animations** with **live-action footage** and other media for seamless video production.
- Expertise in **3D motion design** principles, including timing, fluidity, and storytelling through motion.
- **Familiarity with rendering engines** such as Redshift, Octane, Arnold, or V-Ray for high-quality renders.
- Solid understanding of design principles, including **composition, color theory, and typography**.
- Strong **problem-solving** abilities and **attention to detail** in all aspects of design and animation.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high quality and meeting deadlines.

**Experience**:

- **Up to 5 years of experience** in 3D graphic design, animation, and motion graphics.
- A portfolio showcasing a wide range of **3D design work**, including stills and animations, and demonstrating motion design skills (e.g., video clips, advertisements, product animations).
- Experience working with clients or teams in industries like **advertising, gaming, entertainment, or digital media** is a plus.
- Proven ability to execute both **3D modeling and animation** within a motion graphics context.

Pay: ₹11,257.11 - ₹50,808.24 per month
