Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content strategies and campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
- Write clear, concise, and compelling copy for different mediums, ensuring consistency in messaging and brand voice.
- Create visually appealing and impactful graphics, images, and multimedia content to accompany written copy.
- Conduct research to stay informed about industry trends, audience preferences, and competitor activities, and use insights to inform content creation efforts.
- Optimize content for SEO and social media to maximize visibility and reach.
- Manage content calendars, schedules, and publishing workflows to ensure timely delivery of content.
- Track and analyze content performance metrics and KPIs, and use data to evaluate effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field.
- 4-5 years of experience in content creation, copywriting, or a similar role, preferably in a digital marketing or content marketing environment.
- Strong writing skills with the ability to craft clear, concise, and persuasive copy for different audiences and purposes.
- Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and a keen eye for detail.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and insights to drive content strategy and decision-making.
**Salary**: ₹50,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
