Work Description Verify purchase requisitions by comparing items of pump and s-pump, clarifying unclear items and recommending alternative.Incorporating indent in master sheet and also making plan for procurementReview drawings & Send the drawing request to engg. Department for unavailable drawings.Develope new vendors if any required for particular items.Float enquiry related to the indents.Collect quotations and prepare Quotation comparative statement for the same.Negotiations for rates, delivery periods and payment terms.Finalising quotations based on comparision sheets and taking approval from Vivek sir.Prepare purchase order by verifying specification, price, payment terms and delivery date obtaining approval on purchase order.Verifies receipt of items by forwading purchase order to the suppliers, monitoring and expediting order.Follow up for dispatch & delivery of materials on time to wada factory, handling rejection and getting replacements for the same.Prepare monthly cost saving and on time delivery.Maintaining followup sheet for pump and P-spare and taking followup till material reached at wada. Review the spare Indents & clarifying unclear items.All Pump Spares indents handle as per Pump indents activitiesTaking drawings from design dept on mail/drawing requisition where required for manufacturingFloating enquiries, getting quotation and making comparison for it.Co-ordinate for urgently required material. Arrange transport from vendor to wada or majiwada. Tracking Transports of material co-ordinating with Transporter godown delivery. iso documents Activities related to creaditor vendors Payments, ledger & GST.Co-ordinating for Good Receipts, AP Tax Invoice rectification from Vendor pending Tax Invoice followups.Co-ordination with planning and stores departments regarding materials delivery status.Co-ordination with service team for delivery and dispatch of sapres items.
