**Your Role**:
As our SEO Analyst, you will serve as the captain of our SEO ship, steering our clients towards online success. Your responsibilities will span the entire SEO spectrum, from on-page and off-page optimization to conducting SEO audits, backlink analysis, content analysis, and more. Utilizing tools like Google Analytics, you will navigate the digital seas to ensure our clients' websites rank at the top of search engine results.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead on-page and off-page optimization efforts to enhance our clients' search engine rankings.
- Conduct comprehensive SEO audits and backlink analyses to identify optimization opportunities.
- Collaborate with content creators to perform content analysis that drives engagement and conversions.
- Extract actionable insights from Google Analytics data to inform strategic decisions.
- Utilize a suite of SEO tools to develop data-driven strategies and optimize websites for peak performance.
- Prepare insightful SEO reports and communicate findings and recommendations to clients with clarity and confidence.
- Mentor and guide junior team members to foster their professional growth.

**What You Bring**:

- 2-5 years of experience in SEO, with a demonstrated track record of achieving results and staying ahead of industry trends.
- Proficiency in on-page and off-page SEO techniques, SEO audits, backlink analysis, and content analysis.
- Strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of Google Analytics and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Familiarity with a variety of SEO tools to streamline workflow and drive exceptional results.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey strategies and insights to clients and team members.
- Leadership abilities to mentor and guide junior team members towards excellence.
