As an Office Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our office operations while providing exceptional support to our team and maintaining high standards of service for our clients and stakeholders. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day activities and fostering a productive office environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the primary point of contact between clients and investment advisors, ensuring prompt and professional communication.
Oversee administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and correspondence, maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
Coordinate schedules and appointments for investment advisors, optimizing time management and productivity.
Assist in the preparation and organization of documents for investment transactions, maintaining confidentiality and precision.
Facilitate effective communication among clients, vendors, and stakeholders, conveying information accurately and promptly.
Manage office organization and inventory of supplies, ensuring a well-equipped and tidy workspace.
Handle incoming calls and inquiries with professionalism and courtesy, providing relevant information or directing queries as needed.
Support basic accounting tasks such as invoice and expense tracking, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial procedures.
Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures, promoting a culture of compliance and integrity.
**Qualifications**:
Bachelor’s degree, high school diploma, or equivalent qualification; additional education or training in business administration or finance is advantageous.
Previous experience in administrative support roles, preferably within the investment or financial services industry.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
