**Knowledge**: Familiarity with different welding techniques, materials, and tools used in piping systems. Understanding of blueprints and welding symbols.

**Safety Awareness**: A commitment to maintaining a safe working environment, with knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in welding operations.

**Physical Fitness**: Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
