**Job Title**: General Duty Assistant (GDA) Trainer

**Location**: Greater Noida
**Reporting To**: Centre In-Charge / Project Coordinator

**Job Type**: Full-Time / Part-Time / Contract (as applicable)

**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced GDA Trainer to deliver high-quality training to students aspiring to become General Duty Assistants in the healthcare sector. The trainer will be responsible for planning and executing classroom and practical sessions, maintaining training records, and ensuring effective learning outcomes as per the NSDC / SSC guidelines.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver engaging and informative classroom and practical training sessions as per the GDA curriculum.
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to measure training effectiveness.
- Maintain student attendance records, assessment data, and training logs.
- Prepare and update lesson plans and training materials.
- Support learners with doubts, mentoring, and career guidance.
- Coordinate with healthcare institutions for on-the-job training (OJT).
- Ensure compliance with quality standards set by SSC/NSDC.
- Participate in industry visits, exposure sessions, and guest lectures.
- Prepare students for assessments and interviews.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- **Educational Qualification**:

- B.Sc. / GNM / ANM in Nursing or any relevant qualification in Healthcare
- TOT certified by Healthcare Sector Skill Council (preferred)
- **Experience**:

- Minimum 2 years of work experience in the healthcare sector (preferably in hospitals, nursing homes, or healthcare training)
- Prior experience as a trainer is an advantage

**Skills Required**:

- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Knowledge of adult learning methodologies
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, Internet)
- Patience and ability to engage with youth
- Ability to manage classroom dynamics and practical sessions

**Languages**:

- Proficiency in [Local Language] and Hindi
- Basic English skills (preferred)

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
