**Position Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Client Acquisition through Indeed**: Proactively search for potential corporate clients using job portals like Indeed, identifying companies that require housing solutions for their employees and executives.
- **Client Communication**: Build and maintain relationships with corporate decision-makers, understand their accommodation needs, and offer tailored service apartment solutions in Bandra.
- **Follow-up & Negotiation**: Manage the sales cycle by following up with prospective clients, addressing their concerns, and negotiating terms to close deals.
- **Sales Targets**: Consistently work towards achieving and exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- **CRM Management**: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, sales activities, and booking confirmations in the CRM system.
- **Market Research**: Stay informed about market trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences to better position our service apartments.
- **Collaboration**: Coordinate with internal teams such as operations and customer service to ensure smooth transitions from sales to service delivery.
- **Client Retention**: Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by offering post-sale support and fostering long-term client relationships.

**Skills & Qualifications**
- **Experience**: 1-3 years of experience in inside sales, customer service, or business development. Prior experience in real estate, hospitality, or corporate housing is preferred.
- **Sales & Negotiation Skills**: Strong ability to persuade, negotiate, and close deals effectively.
- **Job Portal Expertise**: Proficiency in using job portals like Indeed to search for potential business leads and clients.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
- **Tech-Savvy**: Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is required.
- **Organizational Skills**: Ability to manage multiple leads, follow up efficiently, and meet deadlines.
- **Self-Driven**: Ability to work independently with a results-driven approach.
- **Team Collaboration**: Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and maintain a positive work attitude.
