**Job Opening: Dorm Parent**
**Location**: Billimoria High School, Panchgani

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide a safe, caring, and supportive environment in the school dormitory.
- Act as a guardian and mentor for students residing in the hostel.
- Ensure students' discipline, hygiene, health, and well-being are maintained.
- Collaborate with teaching and administrative staff to support students' academic and emotional development.
- Communicate effectively with parents and school leadership on student matters.
- Organize and supervise evening and weekend activities.

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience working with children or adolescents in a residential or educational setting preferred.
- Bachelors degree
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to enforce discipline with empathy and fairness.
- A high level of patience, responsibility, and emotional intelligence.
- Fluency in English, Hindi or Marathi is a plus.
