Job description:

- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for both manual
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand software requirements and ensure test coverage
- Perform manual testing to identify software defects, inconsistencies, and usability issues
- Participate in bug tracking, defect resolution, and troubleshooting efforts
- Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to increase efficiency and effectiveness
- Collaborate with developers to reproduce and debug issues and provide detailed reports
- Stay updated with industry trends, new testing tools, and technologies to recommend improvements in the testing process

Required skill-set and experience:

- Experience in client handling
- Experience in Agile Methodology and Jira tool
- Experience in API is a plus
- Basic understanding of any one framework like Data Driven Framework, Keyword Driven Framework, Hybrid Framework
- Basic knowledge of software development lifecycle
- Familiarity with Agile development practices is a plus
- Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with team members and clients

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
