Organize and manage daily dispatch activities based on delivery priorities
- Generate and verify necessary transport documents (invoice, e-way bills, etc.)
- Track and monitor outbound vehicles using GPS or manual logs
- Liaise with warehouse, transport vendors, and customers for smooth operations
- Maintain dispatch records in Excel and ERP systems
- Resolve operational issues such as route delays, vehicle shortages, or document discrepancies

**Required Skills**:

- Strong command of Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, filters)
- Hands-on experience with ERP or dispatch software
- Clear understanding of shipping & transport documentation
- Strong organizational and multitasking ability
- Basic knowledge of transport compliance and regional routes

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,534.81 - ₹18,565.57 per month
