Looking for Medical counsellors to attend to Front Office, Telephonic & Digital queries of patients or service seekers, helping them with appointments for OPDs and treatments, explaining to them about our services and more. Overall hand-holding and looking after customer (Patient) satisfaction.

Skills required:
Must be excellent in verbal and written English & Hindi communications and have a pleasing personality with a formal/ informal understanding of hospitality

Qualified graduate with a medical/ Hospitality background with a basic understanding/ interest in clinical processes.

Proficiency in Digital Media, MS Office

Ready to work in general shift six days a week

**Salary**: 15,000 PM to 25000 PM

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
