**Job Description: UK Travel Accounts Executive**

**Shift Timings**: 11 AM - 8 PM

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Accounts Management**:

- Handle travel-related financial transactions, including invoices, receipts, and reconciliations.
- Process vendor payments, refunds, and adjustments accurately and efficiently.
- **Financial Reporting**:

- Prepare and maintain monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Analyze revenue and expense trends specific to UK travel operations.
- **Reconciliation**:

- Reconcile accounts payable/receivable and address discrepancies promptly.
- Ensure accurate GDS (e.g., Amadeus) reconciliations and reporting.
- **Compliance & Audits**:

- Ensure compliance with UK financial regulations and company policies.
- Assist in internal and external audits related to travel accounts.
- **Coordination**:

- Collaborate with sales, operations, and finance teams to ensure accurate financial tracking.
- Liaise with UK-based vendors and partners for financial settlements.

**Key Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Minimum 2 years in travel accounts management or a related field.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in GDS systems (Amadeus preferred).
- Strong knowledge of accounting software and tools (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, Penguin).
- Advanced MS Excel skills for reporting and data analysis
- **Knowledge**:

- Understanding of UK travel market accounting practices.
- Familiarity with tax regulations, refunds, and reconciliation in the travel domain.
- **Soft Skills**:

- Excellent attention to detail and analytical thinking.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts and meet deadlines.
