Stakeholder managementEngage with the key stakeholders, internal and external, liaising with CSR partners, on ground teams

Represent India as country delegate in Global foundation and liase with them for marketing, volunteering and other engagements as and when solicited by Global foundation
- End to end project management and monitoring of CSR projects in India by implementing the best project management practices to meet the timeline, budget and social goals of the projects.
- Lead & Manage the Rural Electrification program
- Lead & Manage the Entrepreneur development program
- Event ManagementOrganize various events related to CSR such as training center inaugurations, media events with help of various internal functions & external agencies
- Marketing & CommunicationArticulating internal and external communica
- through writing newsletters, blogs, case studies, yammer posts

Handling social media handles for CSR
- Volunteering
- Greater IndiaTo handle volunteering across Greater India
- creating a network of CSR SPOCS, organizing volunteering activities on monthly basis at pan India locations with help of these SPOCS

Managing inhouse volunteerIn portal meant for volunteering and ensuring its usage by employees
- Expertise in developing and implementing skill development program plans and strategies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills - verbal and written.
- Good inter-personal skills with warm and pleasant networking capabilities and managing relationships with a diverse group of people representative of the public and private sectors, NGOs in the program countries

- Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
