Listing of Products in marketplaces ex. Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify etc
- Enter products information in Marketplaces
- Mark products out of stock whenever they are unavailable for Sale
- Maintain the stock amount
- Ensure not to duplicate Listing and products listing must be as per the marketplace guidelines
- Set marketing campaigns, Automatic and Manual Campaigns in Amazon etc.
- Extract trending keywords to the Admin of the website to feed them in the website, on monthly basis
- Prepare monthly report of trending products in Amazon
- Prepare monthly report by 28th every month about sales report
- Report products that are out of stock/not listed on monthly basis, with reason for not listed
- Ads Performance Report
- Attend Customer Enquiries in coordination with Back office team
- Attend Marketplace issues, penalties, messages and resolve conflicts with marketplace management
- Payment reconciliation on every month so that if any dispute we can raise it on time with respective market place
- Find product details from other websites and internet if required.
- Ensure competitiveness of prices compared to other vendors
- Find any trending products in the same domain of business interests
- Monitoring overall account health, performance, and directly resolving any issues that may arise.
- Resolving any Marketplace account related Problems.
- Maintaining consolidated product sheet for Marketplaces.
- Auditing prospective Marketplace accounts and identifying areas for improvement.
